Activate Darwin will strategically coordinate the events, activation and promotion of Darwin city. Governed by a Board, Activate Darwin will be a driver of change to help Darwin City realise its potential as an attractive, bustling and connected capital city.

Together with our partners, we will work to improve liveability, community safety and the perception of Darwin city by:

  • Attracting investment, creating and supporting jobs in the City
  • Working to reduce regulation and red tape
  • Improving collaboration and partnerships with businesses
  • Transforming our public spaces to create vibrant, safe and activated areas
  • Creating an identity for Darwin City to tell our story and showcase our past, present and future

To achieve this, we have established a strong and focussed board, comprising of key stakeholders and ambassadors of our City.
